the name and entries shall remain legible; and if qualified an

 

entry shall be made in said column "Yes," and under the head

 

"Remarks" shall be stated that description under which he is so

 

held to be a qualified voter, as provided in the next sub-sec-

 

tion by the use of the words, "First," "Second" or "Third,"

 

as the case may be. 4. Any person who has never been con-

 

victed of any infamous crime cither in this State or elsewhere,

 

possessing the qualifications prescribed by Section 156 of this

son applying, and so that the residence and postoffice address
