hereby repealed, and this Act shall take effect from the date

of its passage.

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money for the maintenance

of the Fifth Regiment Armory.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

from and after the first day of October, 1904.

Forwood for taxes erroneously paid by him into the State

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
