CHAPTER 327.

 

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Article 80.

land, title "Reporter State;" and to re-enact the same with

 

amendments under the title "State Reporter and Codifier,"

 

and to provide for the publication of the reports of the

 

Court of Appeals of Maryland, and the compilation and

 

publication of a Code of Public General Laws and Public

 

Local Laws of the State of Maryland.

 

SECTION i. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That Article 80 of the Code of Public General Laws

 

of Maryland be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted

 

with amendments so as to read as follows :
