SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That Section 1 of Chapter 97 of the Acts of the General

 

Assembly of Maryland of 1902, be and the same is hereby re-

 

pealed and re-enacted so as to read as follows :

State of Maryland, and known as the Neck Meeting-house and

 

yard, located on the north side of the road leading from Denton

 

to Hillsboro, and one-half mile from Denton bridge, containing

 

one and one-half acres of land, more or less.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted. That this Act shall take effect

 

from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 322.

 

AN ACT to authorize and empower the Mayor, Counsellor

 

and Aldermen of the City of Annapolis to purchase stock of

 

the Annapolis Water Company.

 

SECTION i. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
