AN ACT to repeal Article 78 of the Code of Public General

Laws, entitled "Public Printer," and to re-enact the same.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
|

titled "Public Printer," be and the same is hereby repealed and

re-enacted so as to read as follows :

1. That on or before the first day of September, prior to

ensuing session, and that on the ———— day of —————— (said

date being fixed by the said Board of Public Works) at or near

12 o'clock M., said sealed proposals or bids, based upon the
