of making said mortgage or mortgages or thereafter acquired ;

 

said bonds and mortgage or mortgages to be made and exe-

 

cuted in form as the directors of said company shall prescribe ;

 

said bonds to be payable at such time, bear such rate of inter-

 

est not exceeding six per centum per annum, and contain such

 

terms, conditions and provisions as to said directors shall seem

 

meet and proper, and to be issued and disposed of from time to

 

time upon such terms as the directors shall determine, and

 

as may be agreed upon ; and in case of sale made by virtue of

 

said mortgage or mortgages, whether under foreclosure or

 

other judicial proceedings, or pursuant to any power con-

 

tained in said mortgage or mortgages, the purchaser or pur-

vivor or survivors, representatives or assigns may, together

 

with associates, if any, form a new corporation in which there-

County, money erroneously paid by them into the State

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
