AN ACT to repeal Section 107 of Article 17 of the Code of

Public Local Laws of the State of Maryland, title "Prince

George's County, " sub-title "County Treasurer, " as en-

acted by Chapter 331 of the Acts of the General Assembly
|
 
|
|
of Maryland of the year 1902, and to re-enact said section
|
 
|
|
with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
|
 
|
|
land, That Section 107 of Article 17 of the Code of Public
|
 
|
|
Local Laws of the State of Maryland, title "Prince George's
|
 
|
|
County, " sub-title "County Treasurer, " as enacted by Chapter
|
 
|
|
331 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of the
|
 
|
|
year 1902 be and the same is hereby repealed, and said Section
|
 
|
|
107 re-enacted as follows:

107. Before entering upon the duties of his office, the Treas-
|
 
|

urer shall take an oath, in due form of law, before the Clerk
