I. The board of directors of said company shall have the

 

power to declare such a dividend upon the stock of said com-

 

pany from time to time as in their judgment the condition of

 

the business of the company may justify and warrant.

 

2. That the board of directors of said company shall have

 

full power to call in all the common stock of said company and
