County School Commissioners for Caroline County, the

 

Trustees of the Poor of Caroline County and the County

 

Treasurer of Caroline Countyj and to require the appoint-

 

ment of an auditing committee, with full power to summon

 

and swear witnesses in relation thereto, and to re-enact the

 

same with amendments.

 

SECTION i. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That Section i of Chapter 282 of the Acts of the Gen-

 

eral Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January Session

 

of 1894, be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with

 

amendments so as to read as follows :

 

I. It shall be the duty of the Judges of the Circuit Court for

 

Caroline County annually, on and after the year 1904, at the
