CHAPTER 293.

AN ACT to authorize and empower the commissioner hereto-

fore appointed by the Governor by authority of Chapter

181 of the Acts of 1902 ,to continue its duties as defined by

the said Act, and to make available for the use of the said

commission the unexpended balance appropriated by the said

Act of 1902.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the Treasurer of the State
