37. That the Commissioners of Ridgley be and they are

hereby authorized and empowered to negotiate, sell or dispose

they shall deem proper, and with the proceeds thereof to erect

and the said Commissioners of Ridgley are furthermore fully

authorized to make all necessary rules and regulations and to

pass all necessary ordinances, with penalties for their violation,
|

and to do all other necessary acts for the proper managing,
|
 
|
maintaining and repairing of said water works and for the pro-
|
 
|
tection thereof, and to condemn all lands necessary for the
|

SECTION i. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

"Mechanicstown," be and the same is hereby repealed and re-
