fraudulently do any unlawful act to secure for himself or for

 

any other person the right or opportunity to vote, or shall by

 

force, threat, menace, intimidation, bribery or reward, or offer

 

or promise thereof, or otherwise unlawfully, either directly or

 

indirectly, influence, or attempt to influence, any voter in giving

 

his vote, or prevent or hinder, or attempt to prevent or hinder,

 

any qualified voter from freely exercising his right to vote at

 

said primary election, or shall, by any such means or otherwise,

 

compel or induce, or attempt to compel or induce, any judge or

 

clerk in any election precinct to receive the vote of any person

 

not legally qualified or entitled to vote at said election precinct,

and custody, shall, upon conviction thereof, be adjudged guilty

 

of a misdemeanor, and shall be punished by imprisonment in the

 

county jail for not less than thirty days nor more than one

 

year.

 

SEC. 13. And be it enacted, That the details of the conduct of
