to give bond to the Road Directors in double the amount of the

contract price to be approved by the Road Directors, and the
|
 
|
work to be done subject to the inspection and approval of the
|
 
|
Road Engineer ; and in all contracts shall be provided that no
|
 
|
adult labor shall be employed at wages less than one dollar and
|
 
|
seventy-five cents per day.

216Q. The Road Directors shall not be liable in any action
