CHAPTER 247.

AN ACT to amend the charter of the Baltimore and Freder-
|
 
|
ick Electric Railway Company and grant additional powers
|
 
|
thereto.
|
 
|
WHEREAS, By a certificate of incorporation filed for record
|
 
|
in the office of the Secretary of the State on the fifteenth day
|
 
|
of January, 1902, the Baltimore and Frederick Electric Rail-
|

way Company was incorporated for the purpose of con

structing a railroad between Baltimore City and the City of
|

Frederick, in the State of Maryland, and to run through Bal-

all in the State of Maryland ; and

WHEREAS, The capital stock mentioned in said certificate

of incorporation is one million five hundred thousand dollars,

purposes of the construction of the said road.

|
SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

CHAPTER 248.
|
 
|
AN ACT to prohibit the playing of the game commonly called
|
 
|
"crap" in Somerset County.
|
 
|
SECTION i. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
|
 
|
land, That it shall be unlawful for anyone to play in Somerset
County" the game commonly called "crap ;" and anyone vio-
