AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 3

of the Acts of 1892, Chapter 136, of the General Assembly

of Maryland, entitled "An Act to incorporate the town of

Aberdeen, Harford County."
|

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
|
 
|
land, That Section 3 of the Acts of 1892, Chapter 136, of the
|
Act of incor-
poration.
|
General Assembly of Maryland, entitled "An Act to incor-
|
 
|
porate the town of Aberdeen in Harford County," be and the
|
 
|
same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments so
|
 
|
as to read as follows :
|
 
|
3. That all male citizens residing within the corporate limits
|
 
|
of said town above the age of twenty-one years, and assessed
|

on the tax books of said town with one hundred dollars' worth
|
of voters.

of real or personal property, all taxes due and in arrears on

which have been paid, and who have resided in said town for
|

three months next previous to the election at which they offer
