used to purchase the old school building in the town of Ken-

 

sington, in said county, and to equip the same as a manual

 

training school, and to make necessary repairs to the new

 

school building in said town, and in such denominations

 

and for such period or periods as said County Commissioners

 

may deem expedient. The said bonds to be issued in series

 

maturing as said County Commissioners shall determine and

 

bear interest not exceeding four per centum per annum from

 

date; all of which bonds shall be exempt from county and

 

municipal taxes ; and for the purpose of paying such bonds

 

as they mature the said County Commissioners are hereby

 

directed to levy in each and every year upon the assessable

 

property of said county, to be collected as other county taxes

 

now are or as may be directed by any general or special law

 

for the collection of county taxes, such sum as shall be suffi-

 

cient to pay the interest on such of said bonds as may then

 

remain unpaid, and also the principal of such bond or bonds

 

as may mature within the fiscal year for which the levy is

 

made. And the County School Commissioners of said county

to sell, grant and convey, in fee simple or lease, a part of the

 

public land in Centreville, Queen Anne's County, Maryland.

 

WHEREAS, The town hall in Centreville, belonging to Saint

 

Tammany Lodge, No. 25, of the Order of Independent Odd
