CHAPTER 220.

 

AN ACT to authorize and direct the Board of County School

 

Commissioners of Montgomery County to erect in the town

 

of Rockville, in said county, a county high school building

 

and to purchase land for that purpose, and to purchase the

 

old school building at Kensington, in said county, and equip

 

same as a manual training school, and to make necessary

 

repairs to the new school building in said town, and to direct

 

the County Commissioners of said county to pay for the

 

same and to borrow money for that purpose and to issue

 

the bonds of said county for the money so borrowed.

 

SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
