court of equity, upon the ground of fraud or collusion in said

 

proceedings and sale on the part of or between the Treasurer

 

and the purchaser; and it shall be the duty of the clerk to

 

the County Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court

 

and all other officers or persons to perform all of the duties

 

upon their part required by existing law to be performed in

 

relation to the office of Treasurer, or in connection with the

 

duties thereof, as are now required in reference to the office of

 

State and county collector of taxes in said county.

CHAPTER 200.

 

AN ACT to repeal Sections 207, 208, 209, 210, 211, 212 and

 

213, of Article 10, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title

 

"Dorchester County," sub-title "Liquors and Intoxicating

 

Drinks," and the amendments thereto made by the Gen-

 

eral Assembly of Maryland, as follows, to wit: by Chapter

 

595 of the Acts of 1890, Chapter 60 of the Acts of 1894

 

and Chapter 234 of the Acts of 1896, in so far as said

 

sections and said amendments apply to Neck Election Dis-

 

trict, or Election District No. 8 of Dorchester County,

 

and to add a sub-section to come in after Section 213 of

 

said Article, under said title and sub-title. The said sub-

 

section to be applicable to said Neck Election District, or

 

Electiori District No. 8, of said county.

 

SECTION i. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

tion District, or Election District No. 8, of Dorchester County,

 

be and the same are hereby repealed and that the following

 

sub-section, to come in after Section 213 of said Article, and
