in like manner as the bonds of collectors of State taxes under

 

existing law; and he shall execute to the State of Maryland

 

a separate bond in the penal sum of twenty-five thousand dol-

 

lars, to be approved bv the County Commissioners of Charles

 

County, as the bonds of collectors of county taxes are now

 

approved ; both of said bonds shall be in the same form, as far

 

as the same can be applicable to the office of Treasurer, as the

 

bonds of collectors for State and county taxes, respectively,

 

under Section 81 of the Code of Public General Laws of

 

Maryland, entitled "Revenue and Taxes," and they shall both

 

be recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for

 

Charles County. The said Treasurer shall be subject, at all

 

times, to be removed by the County Commissioners for wilful
