paired, rebuilt, reconstructed, enlarged and otherwise improved

lect tolls.

as aforesaid then and thereafter, the said company is hereby

 

fully authorized and empowered from time to time to revise,

 

levy, fix, charge and collect such reasonable rates of tolls and

 

charges as by it may be deemed expedient, within the limits

 

of rates and charges heretofore authorized by its charter

 

for similar use and service, but also of sufficient amounts on

 

equipments thereof as will yield an annual income from which

 

the said bridge, structures and property, with the new and

 

improved facilities afforded to the public for the passage and

 

transportation of persons, traffic and property on and over

 

the same, may be properly protected, maintained, used and

 

operated and kept in repair by said company, and also for

 

the payment of sinking fund and other fixed charges, to-

 

gether with all interest, dividends and lawful taxes on its

 

securities, capital stock and property.

 

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That said company is hereby

business and affairs of the said company, and of its stock-

 

holders, directors, officers, agent and employees in relation to

and facilities for the passage and transportation of persons

 

and traffic on and over the same.

 

SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

 

from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 198.

 

AN ACT to repeal Sections 2, 3 and 4 of Chapter 203 of the

 

Acts of the General Assembly of 1900, relating to wild

 

fowl and game, birds and animals in Somerset County,

 

as amended by the Acts of 1902, Chapter 618, and re-enact

 

said sections with amendments, and to add a new section

 

thereto, to be designated as Section 3A.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

Pertaining to

land, Sections 2, 3 and 4 of Chapter 203 of the Acts of the

game laws of

General Assembly of Maryland of 1900, as amended by the

Somerset
County.

Act of 1902, Chapter 618, be and the same are hereby repealed

 

and re-enacted with amendments and a new section added

 

thereto to read as follows :
