improved bridge, bridge spans, piers, bridges and structures,

 

with appurtenant roadways, approaches, with railway tracks

 

thereon, and when such bridge with its structures and prop-

 

erty, has been so repaired, reconstructed, rebuilt, enlarged

 

and otherwise improved it shall be lawful for said company
