623. The Governor, by and with the advice and consent of

 

the Senate, shall appoint twelve Justices of the Peace from each

 

of the Legislative Districts of Baltimore City, to be selected as

 

follows: One from each of the wards comprising each of said

of Maryland, as amended by said Chapter 613 of said Act

 

of 1890, title "Washington County" sub-title "Williams-

 

port, " and also to repeal and re-enact, with amendments.

 

Chapter 725, of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, passed at its January Session, 1900.

 

SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That Chapter 613 of the Acts of the General Assembly

 

of Maryland, passed at its January Session, 1890, the same

 

being Sections 403 to 423, inclusive, of Article 22 of the Code

 

of Public Local Laws of Maryland, as amended by said Chap-
