CHAPTER 15.

 

AN ACT to repeal Section 733 and 734 of Article 4 of the

 

Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Baltimore

 

City, " sub-title "Miscellaneous Laws, " sub-division Notaries

 

Public, and to re-enact the same with amendments.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That Sections 733 and 734 of Article 4 of the Code of

 

Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Baltimore City, " sub-

 

title "Miscellaneous Laws, " sub-division Notaries Public, be

 

and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-

 

ments, so as to read as follows:

 

733. The Governor, by and with the consent of the Senate,
