trict No. 1, and the other to be called and known as East

 

Princess Anne Election District No. 15, and to provide for

 

the appointment of justices of the peace, and for the

 

enforcement of existing local laws now in force in the ter-

 

ritory comprising said two districts ; and to place said

 

two districts hereby established in the same allotment of

 

a County Commissioner and Tax Collector for said county
