Article 24 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Worces-

visions of this Act, and to re-enact and grant to the town

 

of Snow Hill, in Worcester County, a new charter."

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That Section 5 of Chapter 455 of the Acts of the Gen-

same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments so as

 

to read as follows :

 

5. That any male citizen of the United States who has

 

never been convicted of any infamous crime, either in this
