the seal of his office, and transmit to the Court of Appeals, a

 

transcript of the record of proceedings in such case, within

 

sixty days from the time of the appeal taken; but in such

 

transcript no paper or proceeding not necessary to the de-

 

termination of the appeal shall be incorporated.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted. That this Act shall take effect

 

from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 144.

 

AN ACT to repeal Section 178C of Article i of the Code of

 

Public Local Laws, title "Allegany County," sub-title

 

"Jurors," as enacted by Chapter 451 of the Acts of 1900,

 

and to re-enact the same with amendments.

 

SECTION i. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

Allegany
