CHAPTER 137.

 

AN ACT to amend the Code of Public Local Laws, title

 

"Queen Anne's County," sub-title "County Commissioners,"

 

by adding a new section thereto to be known as Section

 

133H.

 

WHEREAS, The County Commissioners of Queen Anne's

 

County from time to time have been compelled to bid in prop-

 

erty sold for county and State taxes at public auction for the

 

amount of taxes and costs due thereon ; and
