SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That the Mayor and Common
|

the corporate seal, and shall be signed by Mayor and Treasurer

of said corporation ; but the coupons for interest may be authen-
|
 
|
ticated by the engraved, lithographed or printed signature

fair price for said bonds, sealed bids for the purchase thereof

may be invited by the Mayor and Treasurer, by notice to

be published in a weekly newspaper published in the town

of Hyattsville, and in one or more daily newspapers published
|
 
|
in the City of Baltimore, as the Mayor may determine, giv-
|
 
|
ing at least two weeks' notice of the time and place for open-
|
 
|
ing the bids. The bids shall be opened by the Mayor at the place,
|
 
|
and as nearly as practicable at the time, specified in said notices,
|

a separate fund for the purpose of establishing, constructing
