AN ACT to make valid deeds, mortgages, bonds of convey-

 

ance and bills of sale defective in the acknowledgment

 

or in the certificate thereof.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That Section 3 of the Acts of the General Assembly

 

of Maryland, Session of 1900, entitled "An Act to make

 

valid deeds, mortgages, bonds of conveyance and bills of

 

sale defective in the acknowledgment or in the certificate there-

 

of," be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted so as
