SEC. 3. And be it enacted. That all Acts or parts of Acts of

visions of this Act are hereby repealed.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from

the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 112.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections 62

and 65 of Article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws of

Maryland, title "City of Baltimore," sub-title "Charter," re-

lating to the Department of Law of the City of Baltimore.

SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
|
