CHAPTER 100.

AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Wicom-

ico County to issue bonds for the purpose of erecting a

building in the town of Salisbury to be known as the

"Wicomico County High School Building," for equipping

and furnishing the same, to be used for the public schools of

the said county, and to levy and collect taxes for the pay-

ment of the said bonds ; and to authorize the purchase or

condemnation of a lot for the same by the Board of School

Commissioners of Wicomico County.
