every year; nor any partridges (or quail), rabbit (or hare),

 

between the fifteenth day of January and fifteenth day of

 

November in each and every year; nor any raccoon between

 

the thirty-first day of March and the fifteenth day of September

 

in each and every year; nor any muskrat or otter between the

 

first day of April and the fifteenth day of December in each and

 

every year; and it shall be unlawful for any person at any

 

time to dig into and destroy any muskrat home or den; pro-

 

vided, however, that nothing herein contained is intended to .

 

prevent any person at any time from digging out muskrats,

 

minks or otters making dens in or tunneling into a mill dam

 

or from killing at any time any of the animals depredating

 

upon their property.

 

27A. It shall not be lawful for any person or persons to

of Public General Laws be and the same is hereby repealed

 

so far as they relate to Caroline County.

 

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

 

from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 92.

 

AN ACT to add an additional section to Article 23 of the

 

Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Corpora-

 

tions," to be known as Section 221A, sub-title "Safe De-

 

posit Companies," defining and restricting the terms upon

 

which trustees, executors or administrators, or other fidu-

 

ciaries, renting boxes or safes in safe deposit vaults in

 

this State, shall be permitted to have access and entry to the

 

same in person or by deputy.
