SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That there shall be appointed by

AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Charles

 

County to levy a sum of money necessary to build two school

 

houses for white children, one in the Second Election Dis-

 

trict and one in the Third Election District of Charles

 

County, title "Charles County," sub-title "Public Schools."

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
