SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That there shall be appointed by

Election District No. 25 one Justice of the Peace, who shall be

designated in his commission by the Governor as the Police

Justice of the Peace for the town of Brunswick ; the said Justice

of the Peace to have all the powers granted such Police Justice
|
 
|
of the Peace for the town of Brunswick by the Act of 1898,
|
 
|
Chapter 316; also one constable and officers of registration and
|
 
|
Judges and Clerks of Election and all other officers for the
|
 
|
said new Election District as are required by law for other
|
 
|
Election Districts in Frederick County.
|
 
|
SEC. 5. And be it enacted. That the registration books of
|

Precinct No. 2, of Election District No. 12, shall until the next

general registration be used as the registration books for said

Brunswick District or Election District No. 25 ; and the Super-

visors of Election for Frederick County are hereby authorized

to insert in said books the words "Brunswick Election District

|

12. Precinct No. 2." now occurs therein.

SEC. 6. And be it enacted. That this Act shall take effect
|

from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 86.
|

AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Charles
|
 
|
County to levy a sum of money necessary to build two school
|
 
|
houses for white children, one in the Second Election Dis-
|
 
|
trict and one in the Third Election District of Charles
|
 
|
County, title "Charles County," sub-title "Public Schools."
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
|

and they are hereby authorized and directed to levy a sum of

school houses

money at their next levy, levying sufficient to erect two public

school houses for white children, one to be erected in the

Second Election District, near Welcome postoffice, and one
|
 
|
in the Third Election District, near Nanjemoy postoffice,
|
 
|
Charles County, Maryland.
|
 
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted. That this Act shall take effect

|
from the date of its passage.
