SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

AN ACT to repeal Section 79 as re-enacted by Chapter 281

 

of the Acts of 1890 and repealed and re-enacted by Chapter

 

103 of the Acts of 1894, and as repealed and re-enacted

 

by Chapter 151 of the Acts of 1900; 80, 81 and 82 of Article

 

2 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel

 

County," sub-title "Birds, Game and Foxes," as repealed

 

and re-enact by Chapter 103 of the Acts of 1894, and as

 

repealed and re-enacted by Chapter 151 of the Acts of

 

1900, so far as the same relates to Anne Arundel County,

 

and to re-enact the same with amendments, and add ad-

 

ditional sections.
