SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That the said bonds authorized

Commissioners for the purpose of constructing the said court

 

house and offices and furnishing the same shall be payable

 

unless upon the order of the Commissioners hereby appointed

 

to contract for and superintend the building and furnishing

 

of the said court house, or their successors or a majority- of

 

them.

 

SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That the County Commissioners

property of said county a tax sufficient to pay the interest due

 

on such bonds as shall be issued under the provisions of this

 

Act, and in the year 1924 they shall levy the sum of five hun-

 

dred dollars to meet the first maturing bonds issued, that is

 

to say, the five hundred dollars maturing in the year 1925 and

 

annually thereafter, the said County Commissioners shall levy

 

upon said assessable property the sum of five hundred dollars

 

until the maturity of the last bond hereby authorized to be

 

issued, and said levy shall be designated as "Revenue for the

 

Bonded Indebtedness of 1904 for Court House."

 

SEC. 9. And be it enacted, That the bonds hereby authorized
