AN ACT to amend the charter of Salisbury, Wicomico County,

 

Maryland, as embodied in Article 23, sub-title "Salisbury,"

 

in the Code of Public Local Laws of Wicomico County, that

 

is to say, to repeal Sections 139, 140, 142, 144, 148, 152 and

 

154 of said Article 23 ; also to repeal Chapter 162 of the Acts

 

of 1900 and Chapter 179 of the Acts of 1900 and Chapter

 

415 of the Acts of 1894, the said Acts being amendatory of

 

the said Chapter, and to re-enact the same with amendments

 

in sections and sub-sections.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 139, 140, 142, 144, 148, 152 and 154, and
