committeeman shall pay one dollar to the Supervisors of

 

Elections.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the form of the ballot,

 

with the names of the candidates for the several offices to

 

be filled or delegates to be voted for, shall be furnished by

 

the governing bodies of said political parties to the said Super-

 

visors of Elections at least fifteen days before the day upon

 

which said primary is held, and shall be published at least one

 

time in two or more papers printed in said county.

 

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That the Supervisors of Elections

primaries, and also the blanks upon which their returns are

 

to be made. The said Supervisors shall have said ballots

 

printed in accordance with the provisions of the preceding

 

section; each of said ballots shall be signed by, or stamped,

 

with a fac-simile of the signature of the president of the

 

Board of Supervisors of Elections; the said ballots shall then

 

be put up in sealed packages, one package for each political

 

parties, in each of the election precincts of said county; each

 

of such packages shall contain three ballots for each voter

 

of said party in the precinct for which such package is in-

 

tended. The number of ballots shall be determined at the

 

first election held hereunder by a certificate to be furnished

 

by the governing body of each of said parties, and thereafter

 

by the poll-book of the last preceding primary election. The
