SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That the sanction and consent of the General Assembly

 

of Alary land be and the same is hereby given, granted and
declared to the gift and bequest of Olivia Warfield, late of Bal-

CHAPTER 9.

 

AN ACT to add an additional section to Article 4 of the Code

 

of Public Local Laws, title "City of Baltimore, " sub-title

 

"Court, Superior Court, Court of Common Pleas and Balti-

 

more City Court, " to follow immediately after Section 315

 

of said Article, and to be designated as Section 315A.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That an additional section be and the same is hereby added

 

to Article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,

315A. In any action in the Superior Court of Baltimore

 

City, in the Court of Common Pleas, or in the Baltimore City

 

Court, which lias been brought to the February Rule-Day, 1904,

or which has been or may hereafter be brought to the March

 

Rule-Day, 1904, no plea shall be required to be filed before

 

April 15, 1904.

 

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

CHAPTER 10.

 

AN ACT to repeal Section 262C of the Code of Public Local

 

Laws, title "Harford County, " sub-title "Taxes and County

 

Treasurer, " as enacted by the Act of 1900, Chapter 529, and

 

re-enact the same with amendments.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 262C of the Public Local Laws of Maryland,
