CHAPTER 634.

AN ACT to exempt from taxation the real and personal prop-

|
|
erty and the capital stock of the Trinity Church Guild of
|
 
|
|
Baltimore County, a body corporate, so long as said property
|
 
|
|
is used for charitable or benevolent purposes.
|
 
|
|
WHEREAS, It is represented to the General Assembly of
|
 
|
|
Maryland that the Trinity Church Guild of Baltimore County
|

is a corporation incorporated primarily for the purpose of pur-

chasing and owning property in the village of Towson, to be

AN ACT to amend the Act of 1896, Chapter 173, entitled "An

Company of Anne Arundel County, and to amend, define

and enlarge the powers of said corporation," by repealing
|
 
|
|
and re-enacting with amendments Section 6 thereof.
