CHAPTER 626.

 

AN ACT to prevent the sale of spirituous or fermented liquors

 

or lager beer within certain area or territory of Baltimore

 

City, in the State of Maryland.

 

SECTION i. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

westernmost side of Dorsey's lane; thence southeasterly bind-

 

ing on the southwesternmost side of Dorsey's lane to its in-

 

tersection with the north westernmost side of Kossuth street;

 

thence southwesterly along the northwesternmost side of Kos-

 

suth street to its intersection with the southernmost side of

 

Old Frederick road ; thence southeasterly along the south side

 

of Old Frederick road to the westernmost boundary of the lot

 

now improved by Public School No. 66; thence southerly and

 

binding for a part thereof on the westernmost boundary of said

 

lot in a direct line to the southernmost side of the Frederick

dary line of Baltimore City; thence westerly along said line to

 

the western boundary line of said city; thence north binding

 

on said last mentioned line to the place of beginning.
