of the size required by this Act shall not be counted by said

judges.

|
SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That the said judges and clerks
|
 
|
|
of election shall at each place where a primary meeting is to be
|
 
|
|
held, be on hand at the hour named in said call and shall pro-
|
 
|
|
vide the necessary box for holding the ballots cast at said elec-
|
 
|
|
tion and the necessary books for recording the names of each
|

voter casting a ballot at said primary, which said ballot box

and books shall be furnished by the Supervisors of Elections

for Anne Arundel County upon the request of either faction of

said party holding said primary election.

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That the said judges of said pri-

|
|
mary shall, immediately after said ballots have been counted
|
 
|
|
and the true result ascertained, make out under their hands a
|
 
|
|
complete return of said primary and shall, within two days
|

Elections for said county, which said returns shall be deliv-

ered to the chairman of the State Central Committee for the

party holding said primary on the day when the county con-

vention of said party is to be held, and the returns so made out
|
 
|
|
shall be prima facie evidence of the right of any delegate to
|
 
|
|
a seat in said convention, and the ballots and poll books be
|
 
|
|
delivered by request of the said convention to the delegates
|
 
|
|
to said convention or a committee of the same if there are
|
 
|
|
contests before said convention for seats in the same or as to
|
 
|
|
the election of any person as the nominee for any office where
|
 
|
|
candidates are voted for directly.
|
 
|
|
SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That at the time of appointing
|
 
|
|
said judges and clerks the Supervisors of Elections shall
|
 
|
|
mail to each a full copy of this law and also a blank oath in the
|

usual form for judges and clerks of election under the General

Laws of this State, which oath may be taken and signed by

law, etc.

said judges of election before any Supervisors of Elections,

the Clerk of the Circuit Court, or a justice of the peace, or a

|
|
notary public, which oath and the certificate of the officer
|
 
|
|
administering the same shall be filed with the Supervisors of
|
 
|
|
Elections or mailed to them before said primarv election is
|
 
|
|
held.

SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That any Supervisors of Elec-
|
 
|
|
tions, committeeman, judge or clerk of election, or any other
|
