LAWS OF MARYLAND.

 

for delegates to the General Assembly, shall, on the first Satur-

 

day in June, 1904, between the hours of two and five o'clock

 

P.M., at such places as the aforesaid judges of election shall

 

appoint, elect by ballot five persons residents and qualified

 

voters of, and owners of real estate in, said town, as Com-

 

missioners of Hillsboro, to serve from one year therefrom, or

 

till their successors are duly elected and qualified; and that

 

such election shall be held on the first Saturday of June an-

 

nually thereafter, between the hours of two and five o'clock

 

P.M., at such place as the Commissioners of said town shall

 

appoint, elect by ballot five persons, residents and qualified

 

voters of, and owners of real estate in, said town, as Commis-

 

sioners of Hillsboro.

 

SEC. 6. And be it enacted., That the Commissioners, or a

for the commencement of said election shall select three judges

 

to hold said election.

 

SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That if at any election held under
