AN ACT to repeal Sections 281, 294C and 2940 of Article 17

 

of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Prince George's

 

County," sub-title "Roads," and to repeal and re-enact with

 

amendments Sections 279, 280, 285, 286, 287, 288, 291, 293,

 

294, 294D and 29.4E of said Article, and to add a new section

 

thereto, to immediately follow Section 282, to be designated

 

as Section 282A.

 

SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That Sections 281, 294C and 294G of Article 17 of the

 

Code of Public Local Laws, title "Prince George's County,"
