amend the charter of the Montgomery Mutual Building

and Loan Association of Montgomery County, a corporation

duly incorporated under the General Laws of this State.

WHEREAS, The Montgomery Mutual Building and Loan

desirous of extending its privileges and enlarging the powers

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

land, That the Montgomery Mutual Building and Loan As-

sociation of Montgomery County, in addition to the powers

possessed by it under its certificate of incorporation and under
