of property shall have the privilege at the end of each fiscal year

 

to pay the full amount then due. with interest, to that date only;

 

and upon the completion of the payment of the amount of

 

said lien, the said owner of property shall be entitled to receive

 

from said assignee said assignment of lien, and upon filing

 

with the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Allegany County of

 

such assignment, said property shall be released from said

 

lien, and the Clerk of the Court shall enter a short release upon

 

said lien record opposite the amount of said lien. Upon default

 

being made in the payment of said yearly instalment of said

 

assignment or interest thereon the full amount with interest

 

calculated for the full term shall become due and payable,

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

 

from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 63.

 

AN ACT to add three new sections to Article 18 of the Code

 

of Public Local Laws, title "Queen Anne's County, " sub-

 

title "Roads, " to follow Section 230 and to be designated

 

as Sections 23oA, 230B and 23oC.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

Roads.
