65. Proceedings of the Electors of President and Vice President of the United States of America 1836. Maryland, Towit: On the First Wednesday in December, the Seventh day of the said Month in the year, one Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirty six, being the day appointed by the Constitution and Laws of the United States of America, on which the Electors of President and Vice President of the United States of America are directed to assemble and perform the Trust reposed in them, there appeared in the Senate chamber in the City of Annapolis, the place provided by law for the meeting of the said Electors, the following Gentlemen, who had been proclaimed by the Executive Authority of the State of Maryland, are duly elected Electors of President and Vice President of the United States, in and for the State of Maryland: Towit: Robert W.
