    List of Persons voted for as Vice President of the United
States of America, by the Electors of President and Vice President
of the United States in and for the State of Maryland.
    John Sergeant, of the State of Pennsylvania received Five
votes as Vice President of the United States of America.
    Martin Van Buren, of the State of New York, received Three
votes as Vice President of the United States of America.
    We do hereby certify that the above is a true List of the Persons
put in nomination and voted for by the Electors of President
and Vice President of the United States, in and for the State of
Maryland, and the number of votes by them respectively received.
