    Do hereby certify that after being so assembled
and duly organized, we proceeded to vote by
ballot; and ballotted first for President of the
United States and then for Vice President of the
United States by distinct ballotts and that the
following are two distinct lists, one of the
votes for President and the other of the votes
for Vice President, so cast as aforesaid.
        List for all persons voted upon for President
            Herbert H. Humphrey            10 votes
        List for all persons voted upon for Vice President
            Edmund S. Muskie                10 votes

    In testimony whereof we have hereunto subscribed
our hand and seal on the first Monday after the
second Wednesday in December, 1968.
