Patricia M. Banks, Mrs. Esther Kominers and
Thomas G. Barton, having received the
greatest number of votes cast at said election
for ten electors of President and Vice
President of the United States, the same
have been, and are, duly elected such
officers.
        Now, Therefore, I, Spiro T. Agnew,
Governor of Maryland, in compliance with
the authority and directions contained in Section 57.
