362 State of Maryland Minutes of 1968 Proceedings of Electors of President and Vice President of the United States of America, in and for the State of Maryland. At noon, on Monday, December 16, 1968 the Electors of the State of Maryland for President and Vice President of the United States, assembled in the State House at Annapolis. There were present Mrs. Victorine Adams, Mrs. M. Alice Canoles, Herbert A. Streaker, Mrs. Annette Helen Wheatley, Mrs. Marjorie Richter, Mrs. Peggy Anderson, Joseph E. Bean, Mrs. Patricia M. Banks, Mrs. Esther Kominers and Thomas G. Barton. Mr. Thomas G. Barton was elected Chairman, and Mrs. W. Alice Canoles Secretary. The following Proclamation, in sextriplicate, was received from Governor Spiro T. Agnew, of Maryland. Executive Department Annapolis Maryland Governor's Proclamation the Election of Electors of President and Vice President of the United States 1968 Whereas, from a certified copy of the Declaration of the Result of an Election held in the State of Maryland on Tuesday, November 5th, 1968, for ten Electors of President and Vice President of the United States, made and transmitted to me by the Board of State Canvassers, in accordance with law and filed in my office, it appears that: Democratic Party
